Our 72-hour air-dried porchetta is filled with, fennel, garlic, rosemary and lemon, then slow-roasted for 4 hours on our French rotisseries until perfect.
Delicious served hot or cold.
Each order includes dripping potatoes, caramelised onion jam, garlic lemon sauce, chimichurri and our house-pickled purple onions. Reheating instructions will be emailed.
